October 2007 - One of our most successful projects went live this month and provided our client with a tremendous value. Our company served as the integration partner for Oracle Receivables and an Interactive Voice Response vendor (Apptera) to allow customers to pay and manage their accounts by phone. By using effective project management and working closely with the client's different departments, and practicing a careful development and deployment methodology, the go-live was flawless. The client reported that their Accounts Receivable call volume was reduced by 43% on the first day, receiving over $250,000 per week, and processing each transaction in less than a second.
