Our mission is to set a new standard of excellence for Oracle Applications Consulting. We are not a recruitment or staffing agency but a small team of Oracle professionals who can guide your organization through every step of your Oracle project. We are an Orange County based Oracle Applications Consulting firm. While we provide information to thousands of Oracle users around the world, our on-site consulting is reserved for clients in Orange County and the Southern California area. We offer remote consulting to US-based Oracle clients for custom design, Oracle development, and Oracle Applications support.
Our Principals
Varun Jain, Inc. was founded upon a set of principals that make us a unique Oracle consulting firm.
Subcontracting: If it is necessary to subcontract work, we will work with you to locate the best resource for the requirement. We don't use unqualified resources because we require all work to be reviewed internally. If the work does not meet the specification or is determined to be below our standard quality, Varun Jain, Inc. corrects the mistake at our expense. Our unique methodology enables us to maintain a detailed repository for each project. Using our repository and documentation standards, we are able to support our custom solutions long after they are deployed. We also provide all of our consultants with resources that enable them to be successful.
Transparency: As a company, we support transparency and we practice this by sharing resource cost with the client. Generally speaking, this helps to find more qualified resources and keeps our client's cost lower. This policy has helped us to create long term relationships with our clients.
Quality: The work we perform will follow best practices and be supported after go-live. Because of our policy on subcontracting, we are very careful to review all design specifications and create detailed documentation. All project documents are checked into a repository which we maintain. With both Oracle E-Business and Oracle Database solutions, it is very easy to create working solutions that are of poor design. Varun Jain, Inc. enforces an internal methodology that ensures our solutions are of the best design. In addition to having an assigned senior manager for quality control and mentorship, each of our consultants is also provided with a multitude of testing environments and resources. This has proven to streamline the delivery of our solutions and allow for forward-compatibility validation.

Company News
December 2009 - We are proud to announce that we had another successful Oracle XML DB project with one of our clients, a multinational company who is a leader in healthcare. The custom Oracle XML database solution will enable our client to use Oracle BI (OBIEE) to produce reports for KPI's that will allow their business to run more efficiently.
September 2009 - Varun Jain, Inc. will be offering a turn-key solution for Oracle Applications customers. This packaged solution will include hardware, installation of the operating system, the Oracle database, and Oracle E-Business Suite. We will also offer hosting and remote management of your Oracle Applications database. This new Oracle E-Business solution will be available starting January 2010.
April 2008 - Varun Jain, Inc. has added a core competency for Oracle E-Business R12 Implementations and Upgrades. including the use of Oracle R12 Accelerators. We will be adding new sections to the website to discuss some of the benefits of implementing or upgrading to Oracle E-Business Release 12.

October 2007 - One of our most successful projects went live this month and provided our client with a tremendous value. Our company served as the integration partner for Oracle Receivables and an Interactive Voice Response vendor (Apptera) to allow customers to pay and manage their accounts by phone. By using effective project management and working closely with the client's different departments, and practicing a careful development and deployment methodology, the go-live was flawless. The client reported that their Accounts Receivable call volume was reduced by 43% on the first day, receiving over $250,000 per week, and processing each transaction in less than a second.
