- We have some 300 reports and 300 customizations / extensions.
Someone to drive the development. They need to be a strong communicator, can
plan and estimate the effort and work with the functional teams to get
clarity from the functional design and get it translated to a technical
design. This person should have typically done this multiple times in very
large implementations.
