BUSINESS ANALYST II - JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting with the rollout and support of
Oracle 11.5.10.2 Projects module including Costing, Billing, and Project
Management with multi-org and multi-currency enabled. This includes but is
not limited to: needs analysis, documentation, design, process improvement,
configuration, conversion, data cleanup, systems testing, training,
resolving critical issues, regression testing, functional/configuration
changes associated with change/enhancement requests, report development and
support. Experience implementing multiple business groups requiring foreign
country localizations is required. Work with team to implement the Oracle
Projects modules for North America and international operations. This
includes gathering requirements and preparing documentation. Work with other
functional departments (HRMS / OTL and Finance) to design and implement new
business processes. Configure the Projects modules of Oracle as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: Participation in at least four Oracle implementations
supporting various financial modules. SQL knowledge and global experience a
plus. Strong Discoverer Experience/Knowledge, Three or more years of
functional experience in a professional services environment preferred. Good
understanding of Oracle support processes and resources. Strong verbal and
written communication skills with experience communicating to executives.
Demonstrated strong teamwork skills Strong customer service skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Finance,
Accounting or related degree. This position could require some degree of
