Varun Jain, Inc. has developed a proprietary software package that is uniquely designed to meet the requirements of aerospace manufacturing companies that perform NADCAP accredited processes in their creation of parts. The Certification Application is software for aerospace suppliers and manufacturers.
Our Aerospace Software package is either installed as a standalone solution or integrated with your current manufacturing system, such as Oracle Manufacturing or IFS Applications. The software can be easily integrated with your manufacturing system to provide an easy-to-use, highly functional workbench to create and maintain part routings and shop order operations. From the workbench, you can attach specifications, testing requirements, notes, etc. to specific operations. This information is used throughout the manufacturing process from printing the router to preparing the necessary certificates before shipping. The software provides functionality for heat treating and tensile testing.
